. Option : a complete set of linens and towels for 30 € per person (Free service during Festivals and Congress in Cannes).

. Reservations will be firm upon reception of a 50% deposit. Remaining balance has to be paid at the latest 3 weeks before your arrival.

. A guarantee deposit of 600 € will be required upon your arrival.

. A minimum amount of 150 € will be withdrawn from the guarantee deposit upon completion of your stay if the flat isn't in its original condition.

. If the rental is cancelled before your stay, any amount will be refunded.

. Prices include water and electricity charges.
